The first things is to make sure you give her some space to start missing you. She needs to see what life is like a little bit without you in it. This only needs to be a week or two depending on how often you normally see her.
When it's time to make contact again, just make sure that you aren't coming from a place of desperation. You want her to see that you can survive without her. When she first met you, you didn't need her. She wants to see that man again It's a chance for you to reset the clock.
So instead of being sad and bringing up all of the good times. You want to ask her out like it's the very first time. Be strong and confident. Make eye contact. Act like you would be shocked if she didn't want to go out with you again. This position of strength will draw her into your world.
